Anmyon Island (Anmyondo) is regarded as a gift of nature where crystal clear waters, coasts lined with strangely shaped rocks, and endless white sand beaches coalesce in picturesque harmony. Anmyondo is the 6th largest island in Korea with an area of 87.96 km² and 120 km of long sandy seashores. The island consists of 10 beach resorts including ˇ°Kot-chi," and is surrounded by other beautiful islands such as ˇ°Napa-sudo" and ˇ°Waepa-sudo." There are many other attractions on the island of Anmyon such as Dolmen, a 50~80 year-old pine forest that provides a natural recreation park often used for relaxation in the woods.

The large sandy beach of silver colour, the clear sea water with the moderate temperature, Anmyon Beach is a perfect beach to enjoy sea bathing

Transportation :

1) Seoul Nambu Terminal -> Taean (06:30­19:10 Bus leaves every 20 minutes.; Trip duration: 3.5 hrs; The one way fare: 10,100 won)

2) Seoul Nambu Terminal -> Anmyon (07:40­18:00 Bus leaves every 1.5 hrs or 2 hrs.; Trip duration: 3.5 hrs; The one way fare: 12,100 won)

3) Local Transportation : Taean Terminal -> Anmyon (06:10 ¡­20:40; Bus leaves every thirty minutes.; Trip duration: 35 minutes)

Anmyon -> Anmyon Beach (Four times a day: 09:50, 10:30, 15:30, and 18:00; Trip duration: 15 minutes)
